Our clients' securities positions and money balances are carried by our clearing agent First Clearing LLC (FCC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wells Fargo

FCC performs centralized cashiering, bookkeeping and execution functions for the cash and margin accounts which we service. They handle delivery and receipt of securities purchased or sold by our clients, receive and distribute payments and maintain custody of all securities and funds once they are in its possession and control.

When you deliver funds or securities to us, we will have responsibility for their receipt; FCC's responsibility commences upon receipt of said delivery from us.

In addition, FCC receives and distributes dividends and other distributions, and processes exchange offers, rights offerings, warrants, tender offers and redemptions.

FCC, as our clearing firm, also extends credit for margin accounts introduced by us and generates margin maintenance calls, when applicable, on those accounts. Your confirmations and monthly or quarterly statements will all be prepared by FCC with the FCC name disclosed on each.

Securities in your account introduced to FCC can be protected up to its net equity securities balance ($500,000 provided by SIPC, not in excess of $100,000 for claims relating to cash and the remainder provided by leading U.S. insurance carriers).

We wish to emphasize that we continue as a an independent member firm of FINRA, the MSRB, and SIPC.

Our principals and registered representatives serve your account personally by furnishing market information, taking orders, and answering questions about your account.

Your orders may be transmitted by us through our clearing firm for execution or to others who guarantee best price on market and limit order executions to increase their trading volume through per share order flow payment agreements.
